This unit is a great ground floor, beachfront, 1 bedroom/1 bath condo consisting of 720 square feet. Bedroom has a new king bed. The living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa. Entry is from the veranda into the living room. Next you will find the kitchen and dining area. There are also bar stools at the kitchen countertop. There is a bathroom just off the kitchen as you head toward the bedroom that is in the back. Your veranda view is overlooking the pool and then out onto the beach and Caribbean. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated in this condo.

Sunset Beach Resort is a 13 unit 3 building complex and 200 feet of beachfront - you heard me - 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units. You will not feel overcrowded here.

Sunset Beach is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a quiet residential community. Town is an easy stroll on a bicycle or a quick golf cart ride. We have even walked to town on the beach numerous times. Returning to the peace and tranquility of the south will not disappoint you.

I am also available at any time via a phone call, text, or e-mail. There is also an on site concierge that will be great with assisting you with all your needs once you arrive.

Located in San Pedro, this condo is on the beach. While the natural beauty of Caye Caulker Beach and San Pedro Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi.
Reef Runner Glass Bottom Boat and Tackle Box Canyons are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
