NOTE: This lower unit consists of a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with full kitchen, living and dining areas, separate dedicated laundry and access to a shared seaside saline pool with a poolside bath and outdoor shower. The solid concrete construction ensures minimal sound transfer between upper and lower units, and the property consists of only two units in total.
