Monkey Beach Retreat is a sanctuary on the Caribbean ocean surrounded by the lush jungle. Its is the best of Belize property is very secluded with private beaches.
Your front yard is the Caribbean ocean where you can watch the sunrise over the water it's a short 50 feet to enjoy the white sand, warm water, clear perfect to snorkel before breakfast.
The property is surrounded by the lush untouched natural jungle. Most mornings we will wake with the sound of howler monkeys or the wild parrots.
The property has 8 hotel style rooms each self contained with private bathroom and all the amenities. The is an outside kitchen and bar area with all the essential needed. Also an option to hire a local chef she is amazing with rave reviews and budget friendly.
This property is an unique eco friendly it has the best of Belize. The perfect snorkeling right in front with many coral reefs, kayaks, and paddle boards are included with your stay. You can kayak or short hike to observe monkeys on your own no guide needed.
Birds so many to view, bird island is short kayak, many birds to view from property toucans, parrots so many.
Monkey River is a short walk or kayak. The river is known for its wildlife and fishing. Monkey river village is a small fishing village across the river and has a population of 200 residents. In the village there is a small store, bar, and a restaurant.
You can book one room with king bed or 2 double beds or book the entire property for your stay. We also have twin bed for kiddos that can be added to any room for family stays. We cater to making your stay the best of Belize.
Located in Toledo District, this apartment is on the beach. Jaguar Bowling Lanes and Inky's Mini Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Punta Ycacos Beach and Monkey River.
