This spacious villa in Érezée Ardennes is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Belgian countryside. Just a short drive from Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne, the property offers easy access to charming towns, scenic river walks, and cultural landmarks. Guests can explore the medieval streets of Durbuy, hike around La Roche’s feudal castle, or enjoy panoramic views aboard the Tramway Touristique de l'Aisne.
The villa features five bedrooms across three floors, including a luxurious relaxation area with bubble bath, steam shower, infrared sauna, and a Turkish steambath. Two kitchens, a cozy living and dining room with fireplace, and a recreation hall with billiards, table tennis, and table football ensure comfort and entertainment. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a roofed terrace, garden with barbecue, boules court, and private parking. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and children’s bed add convenience for families.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
