On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom, separate toilet, laundry room, a bathroom (bath and separate shower), a spacious living room with open kitchen. On the first floor there is a second bathroom (bath) and four full bedrooms and separate toilet. The villa is fully fenced and can be closed at the back too (eg to let the kids play)
