The ground floor features a spacious living/dining room with a smart TV, fireplace, and cozy seating. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee machine (pads). Two comfortable bedrooms each have private bathroomsone with a double bed, bath, shower, and toilet, the other with two single beds, shower, and toilet. Outside, enjoy the fresh air on the furnished terrace or relax in the lounge set after a swim in the shared outdoor pool or a game of padel. Public parking and storage space available.
