This beautiful cozy home is not just a home it's an experience. this 9,147 square feet with 1,544 living space, new home features 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. Room one has a full bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, master bedroom king bed living room has a queen pull out sofa bed. So, there is plenty of room for family and friends to gather. There is a pool on site with a waterfall.
Amenities include:
Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops open to the living room and dinning room. This home also feutures ALEXA sytem. central heating and air condition, Dish TV and Netflix.
We are located in a brand new community "Sundance" in Beaumont area. There are two different community pools with jacuzzi and small park for family and friends to enjoy.

* 8.8 miles from the Cabazon Outlets
* 9 miles from the Morongo Casino
* 13 miles from San Bernardino Mountains where you can hike, ski or bike
