This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an open floor plan with a cozy living area, dining room, and kitchen that’s perfect for gathering. The well-appointed kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, ample counter seating, and a 6-burner gas stovetop—ideal for preparing meals if you decide to stay in.
One of the home’s standout features is the expansive screened-in back porch, perfect for year-round enjoyment. Overlooking the pool and private fenced yard, the porch offers ample seating for lounging, dining, or simply relaxing with a book and enjoying the peaceful breeze. It’s the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the sights and sounds of the Lowcountry.
The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two comfortable twin beds—perfect for families or friends traveling together. Both full bathrooms are updated and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the refreshing pool, spacious backyard, and stunning marsh views. Whether you're spending the day exploring town or enjoying a quiet afternoon at home, this Pigeon Point retreat blends the best of coastal living with small-town charm.
The pool at this property will be closed for the winter seasons and is not available for use during this time. It typically closes sometime in October and reopens sometime in March, depending on weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding. Also, please note pets are not permitted in the swimming pool due to the delicate nature of the pool liner.
As of 2027, the pool will open May 1 and it will close October 1.
This property includes a Hunting Island State Park Pass for access to the state park beach and grounds!
Renters must be over 25 to rent our property
There is a camera facing the driveway and one facing the storage shed in the backyard.
*Pet policy: 2 Dogs Max with pre-approval on 2nd Dog, $200 per pet.

Located on a river, this vacation home is in Pigeon Point, a neighborhood in Beaufort. Beaufort National Cemetery and St. Helena's Episcopal Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cat Island Driving Range and Sanctuary Golf Club.
