With the living space and master bedroom facing bay front east, you will be greeted every morning with sunrise views. Designed with luxury, privacy, and convenience in mind, this home features four bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, every bedroom features water views, with three of the four bedrooms having a private deck entrance. One of the most unique features to this new home is the rooftop deck with entrance from inside the home.
Enjoy the relaxation and recreation opportunities on your own dock with room for a boat and plenty of toys. For convenience the laundry room has been built on second floor bedroom level. High qualities materials throughout, including 7.5 Ft Plank Hickory wood floors, Jenn-Air Pro Series appliances, Luxor shaker-style cabinets & vanities, Quartz countertops, frameless glass shower doors with sea glass wall tile and marble floor tile.

Shortly after booking you'll receive a welcome email with all of the information you will need for your stay. (It's more than we can include on this page.)
Parking - We have 4 spaces at our home. Additional street parking is available on the side streets.
Beach Badges - We provide 8 seasonal beach badges. These are required for individuals 13 and older from the middle of June through Labor Day.
Linens - We provide pillows, comforters, bath towels etc. We have negotiated a discounted rate with a local vendor for guests who wish to rent linens. Our welcome email will include a link to an order form.
Recreational Amenities - We provide the following items at our home: (4) Beach Cruisers, (2) Stand-up Paddle Boards, (10) Beach Chairs, (2) Crab Traps, (1) Beach Umbrella, (1) Beach Cart, etc.
Dock - You're welcome to use our dock if you're bringing or renting a boat.
Toiletries/Consumables - We provide a basic initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, & dishwasher pods. Guests are responsible for providing any additional items they may require during their stay.
Water Safety - Our home is located on the bay. Please keep a close eye on any children and ensure life vests are utilized if entering the bay.
Trash & Recycling - Full instructions are in the welcome email. Two major points: 1) All recyclables must be put in the can loose (can't be in a trash bag). 2) Do not park any cars in front of the trash container bin or the municipal workers will not pick it up.
Located in Ship Bottom, a neighborhood in Beach Haven, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach.
