Newly renovated, this spacious, classic, single -family shore house is like living on a houseboat as the bay laps against the bulkheads to the north and to the west. The home has unobstructed bay views from nearly every room and sits in a quiet, private setting with parking for 4 cars. All new beds including mattresses, box springs and Serena and Lily spreads. All new air conditioning. The house has been elevated so the entrance is about 9 easy steps up to the first living level. With panoramic views from 2 generous living areas, hardwood floors and plenty of comfortable seating, this home has it all. On the second floor, there is a living room with flat screen TV/DVD, dining room, full bath with tub and two bedrooms which include one bedroom with 1 queen and 1 double bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds . There are 2 tables,8 chairs, bench seating and lounges on the top deck. The views are fabulous. Downstairs is a family room with Foosball table, flat screen TV/DVD, laundry room, master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath and one bedroom with 2 twin beds, a hall bath, a nice porch with comfortable chairs and the private dock. Wireless Internet, quiet ductless air conditioning and a full size commercial washer/dryer complete the package. Outside is a large enclosed shower with hot/cold water. Two large decks, one off each living area overlooking the bay are great for al fresco dining, sunbathing or just relaxing on the new patio furniture as you watch the boats go by. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in freezer, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. Walk 3 blocks to the guarded (until Labor Day), pristine white ocean beach or crab, fish, kayak, swim, and paddle -board off your private dock. The dock can accommodate a 16 foot boat but please check with us first. THE BULKHEAD was replaced in 2026 and is 2.0 ft higher per current regulations. There are steps going from the yard up to the bulkhead and down to the dock. We will update the pictures soon. The bay and dock are still very accessible. The home’s location is in the Brant Beach Yacht Club area allowing kids to ride their bikes and affording easy access to the secondary beach road for walking, biking and jogging. New municipal tennis courts and the bay beach are nearby. Four beach badges included in the rental price.. We leave a beach cart, 4 low beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
*** Our home is a corner lot on Barnegat Bay. The Bay is very tidal and can experience strong currents . Do not dive off our property including the dock. Be wary when swimming. Swim at your own risk.
**PLEASE NOTE: WE RENT TO FAMILIES ONLY. Adults may not sign a lease to rent the Property for occupancy by groups. There is a house manager who verifies rentals. Any violation of this provision will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rent.
**We cannot allow any pets-service or otherwise -on the property as the owner has asthma and severe allergies.
** There are no fires allowed on property--no firepits, chimineas,or firecrackers etc.
**No Jet skiis are allowed at dock or on the property.
* *As with most listings on the New Jersey Shore, you are required to bring your own sheets/pillowcases, towels,etc. This home provides blankets and pillows.
**LINENS MAY BE RENTED on Long Beach Island. Best to google search or we can connect you with our house cleaner who rents a limited amount of linens.
THERE IS NO HOT TUB ON THIS PROPERTY. WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT THIS MISTAKE WITH VRBO MULTIPLE TIMES. They claim:" their engineers are working on it."
Located in North Beach Haven, a neighborhood in Beach Haven, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. The Museum at Barnegat Light and Barnegat Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Hartland Miniature Golf & Arcade and Flamingo Miniature Golf Course. Traveling with kids? Consider Fantasy Island Amusement Park, or check out an event or a game at Beach Haven Tennis Center. Kayaking, scuba diving, and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
