ACME Supermarket is a 1 minute drive from your LBI Beach Estate, so purchasing groceries could not be more convenient. Beautiful Bay View Park is a 5 minute bike ride. The 15 included beach passes also provide access to the Bay View Park Beach.
Your LBI Beach Estate will very comfortably sleep, and accommodate 21, in beds. The home offers 6 large bedrooms, each with a closet. There are 4 baths, and an outside shower with changing area. 2nd floor den includes a pull-out bed with full-size mattress and the 1st floor den offers two trundle beds, 55" Smart TV, and full size refrigerator. In total, there are 10 ceiling fans, 6 Samsung Smart TVs, and High Speed Wireless throughout

There are three levels of fiberglass roof top decking, 500 sq. ft. total, fully-furnished, with beautiful views, especially the crows nest with built in benches, at a 40ft elevation
Watch the sunrise from the deck, with coffee, as it crests the ocean front homes. The sunsets are amazing from the deck with a complete view across the bay. Absolutely relaxing!
The great room on the 2nd floor offers something for everyone. There are two large couches in the living room with a fully vaulted ceiling, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and an L shape couch with a pull out in the sitting area. The dining room provides seating for 8 at the table and a 20 sq. ft. granite island. The kitchen offers an oversize refrigerator, a gas stove/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of cabinet space and granite counter top space. You also have a pantry and closet just off the kitchen.
Also on the 2nd floor are two bedrooms, one Queen, and one Pyramid Bunk, one full-bath, and your laundry room complete with large Whirlpool Front Loading Washer and Gas Dryer on pedestals. The home is equipped with two zones of AC, both running on NEST thermostats.
The Master Suite on the 3rd floor is amazing and spacious, 15 x 22, with a fully vaulted ceiling, and two ceiling fans. The Master Suite opens to your beautiful Sleep-Number Dual Cell King-bed, wall mounted UHD flat screen, your private full-bath, walk into your sitting room with lovely bench seat, fully windowed, at the front of the house, French door closet with built-ins, and a door to your private 14 x 10 roof top deck.
The 3rd floor houses the 2nd King bedroom and one additional bedroom with two Pyramid Bunks. The third full bathroom, with dual vanity, is located on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor also has a large California walk-in closet.
The yard is completely fenced, with very nice furniture, and a tremendous decked, wooden staircase. The wooden staircase has 2 doors entering the 2nd floor of the house, a slider on the 3rd floor, plus your access to the roof top decks. Entry at the front of the house is on the ground level, through sliders, which is very nice. There is also a 1st floor Den, with two trundle beds, UHD flat screen, and full-size refrigerator.
Internal staircases are made of Bluestone, the 2nd floor is tile, and the 3rd floor carpeted. The bathrooms feature marble, and granite. Bedding as follow

The home offers ample parking, two in the driveway, and unlimited parking just 25 feet from the curb. While this home shows a boulevard address, this is an offset street, as you will clearly see in the photos, meaning the home is set back 75 feet from the boulevard
Tenant provides their own linens. Smoking not permitted in the home. Fireworks are absolutely not permitted anywhere on the property. If you step foot on the roof, you and your party will be removed from the house immediatley Linens are available for rent directly from the Linen provider, just ask for contact info. Thank you

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in North Beach Haven, a neighborhood in Beach Haven. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and Barnegat Lighthouse State Park, while Surflight Theatre and Museum of New Jersey Maritime History are cultural highlights. Hartland Miniature Golf & Arcade and Fantasy Island Amusement Park are also worth visiting.
