Why Not? is the perfect house for a family reunion or multiple families staying together on Long Beach Island. Located on Taylor Avenue, this house in the heart of Beach Haven -- 10 houses from the beach in one direction and Bay Village in the other direction with Fantasy Island amusement park and Thundering Surf water park -- so you can park your cars and walk everywhere!
Why Not? can sleep 21 people with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. But the real enjoyment comes from the pool, hot tub, multiple level outdoor decks and the open living area which includes two cathedral ceiling living rooms, large dining area and gourmet kitchen. Purchased in 2015, the owners have put much effort into renovating and bringing everything up to date.
Why Not? has three bedrooms on the main floor and four bedrooms upstairs. The first floor includes 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin bed. The second floor houses 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full and 2 bunks with 2 trundle beds. There are 3 full bathrooms on the first floor and 3 full baths on the second floor with a large jacuzzi tub in the master suite.
In addition to the pool and hot tub, outdoors you'll find a gas grill, large eating area, outdoor ping pong/pool table, outdoor shower, large shed, several bicycles and beach necessities.

Located in Beach Haven, this vacation home is in the city center and by the sea. Surflight Theatre and Museum of New Jersey Maritime History are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Settler's Mill Adventure Golf and Beach Haven Tennis Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Thundering Surf Waterpark and Fantasy Island Amusement Park.
