The open-concept living area centers around a chef’s kitchen equipped with WOLF appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and two dishwashers, making cooking and cleanup easy for larger groups. With seating for 20+ guests across the kitchen, island, and outdoor deck — plus Sonos speakers throughout the home, pool and rooftop deck — it is ideal for shared meals, celebrations, and relaxed evenings together. Multiple living spaces allow guests to spread out comfortably after a full day on the beach or water.
