This home was built in 2016 and has hardwood floors throughout with an open floor plan with 9' ceilings into the living room with a 55" inch smart TV, which turns and looks into the dining area as well as new kitchen with center island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, central air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet access, outdoor deck on the first and second floor with lounge chairs for sunning and relaxing, front porch with lounge chairs, new outdoor grill and seating on a brand new patio. Outside Shower off the patio. Full wrap around Vinyl fence for security and piece of mind for families to play outside. A full bath and bedroom complete the first floor. Second floor has 4 other bedrooms including the master with full master bath. 2nd Floor Outside Balcony, in the front of the house, with entrances from the Guest and Master Bedroom.

Our professional cleaning service will be sanitizing all areas after their standard thorough cleaning. We have also installed air scrubbers throughout the house to ensure that all contaminants are removed from the air and surfaces.
