This home is the perfect escape for those that love both Long Beach Island AND the water.

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has been tastefully appointed and well maintained.
The non-reverse living floor plan is ideal for enjoying the oversized yard as extended outdoor living space. The open concept floor plan flows seamlessly from the oversized kitchen with an extensive island. Large family room with a gas fireplace to the dining room, all with fantastic views of Barnegat Bay. Walls of glass overlooking the backyard and bay flood the open space with tons of natural light. A bedroom/;office space, powder room and laundry area all sit off of the gathering space. The second floor offers a master en suite, two guest bedrooms, a full hall bathroom and a deck.
2024 Improvements:
We are installing a new outdoor kitchen.

Rooms have been expanded.

Ceiling was rasied.

And there is an outside staircase to the deck.

And a new hot water heater
Ship Bottom, a neighborhood in Beach Haven, is home to this vacation home. Long Beach Island Foundation and Surflight Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Flamingo Miniature Golf Course and Hartland Miniature Golf & Arcade. Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Settler's Mill Adventure Golf are also worth visiting.
