--Ground floor, ready for fun and entertainment features paver patio, screened in porch with 43” outdoor smart tv, large fenced in yard, 5-6 person hot tub, outdoor shower, patio seating, outdoor dining (seats 8-10), gourmet gas grill (KitchenAid Stone Island 9-burner gas grill with searing grill, 1200 sq in of cooking surface); gas firepit, perennial garden with landscape lighting, ping pong table, corn hole, second full sized refrigerator in garage.
The owners provide BEDDING - sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets/comforters, BATH TOWELS and BEACH TOWELS.
--Short walk to the bay beach (opps for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing), neighborhood playground, tennis and basketball courts. Less than one mile to Holgate H2O Sports for boat and jet ski rentals; and 6 well maintained pickleball courts.
--Two mile ride to Beach Haven full of restaurants, oyster bar, crepes, shopping, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park, Murphy’s Free Market food store, Kapler’s Pharmacy and liquor stores.
–Beach equipment and 6 beach badges supplied, plus tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, yoga mats, 2-person kayak and 2 adult bicycles (use kayak and bikes with care at your own risk).
