Situated amongst the beauty and tranquility of the Island’s End, but with a close enough distance to Beach Haven attractions, like Fantasy Island, you and your guests will be sure to enjoy all that Long Beach Island has to offer. Whether taking a early morning stroll along the beach, kayaking along the bay shores, or biking down to watch the surfers catch some waves, there will be activities of enjoyment for everyone.

Beach House Features:
Beach Access – Perfectly located only three houses off the ocean, you’ll find yourself with your toes in the sand with less than a two minute walk around the corner to the beach. Included with the rental are 10 beach passes (Kids under 12 are free), providing you access to the quiet and wide Holgate beach, not having to fight the crowds often found among Beach Haven beaches, that includes lifeguards during peak season for safe swimming.

Bay Access – One of the greatest features of this house is the direct and amazing view overlooking the bay. With a short stroll along the path through the Bay preserve, only steps from the house, you will find yourself at the edge of the water to collect sea shells, paddle board, kayak and more! And for those interested, the house is less than a block to the Holgate Marina, where you can rent various watersport equipment, including motorboats and jet skis.

Second Floor: Features an open concept layout with a large kitchen, dining room and living room great room with a wall of windows that opens to a large deck made for living and basking in the sun with bay views and panoramic sunsets. Large Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, including gas stove, with plenty of counterspace, including a breakfast bar with seating for four people. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room, which has a large extended dining table with seating for eight to enjoy family meals! Living Room includes all new furnishings including a sectional sofa, coffee table, media console and large wall-mounted 65” Smart TV with extendable arm for viewing throughout the space. Provided are also some classic board games, like Yahtzee, Scrabble and more, for family-filled fun. Master Suite includes a luxurious king size bed, full size dresser with Smart TV and nightstand. A spacious, full bath featuring a double sink vanity and shower/tub combo offers both privacy and convenience. And upon awakening, be sure to take in the views and sounds of the ocean on the private Juliet balcony only accessible through the Master bedroom. Also on the floor is a half bath as well as inside stairs that lead to the roof deck with bay and ocean views to complete the package.

First Floor: Second Family Room, providing plenty of room for separate enjoyment and activities, includes a sectional couch, with pull-out Queen, and entertainment center with additional Smart TV. This room has slider doors leading to another large covered deck with amazing bay views. ‘Second Master’ Ensuite features a queen bed, full size dresser with Smart TV, and nightstands with private entrance private entrance to the deck as well as a direct access to a full bathroom. Additional Queen bedroom includes queen size bed with tall dresser and nightstand as well as Smart TV. Kid’s Bunk Room includes one full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle bed as well, sleeping five in total, as well as a full dresser and Smart TV. Full Bathroom, accessible from hallway and ‘Second Master’ ensuite, includes a double sink vanity with tub/shower combo. Ground Floor: With a spacious two-door garage that can fit five cars as well as a double paver driveway, there is plenty of parking to accommodate all guests.
