Beachy Extra Large Renovated Cape Cod situated on a great corner lot. Untouched by Sandy, this well-kept yard and backyard deck are inviting and fun. There is a beautiful glass dining set that seats 6 with an additional table for 4-6 for an al fresco dinner cooked on the grill. There is also room for games, beach chairs and fun.
Just 9 houses from the beach, this adorable Cape is on a quiet piece of street is also close to all your needs – restaurants & bars, coffee shops, arcades, specialty shops, bike rentals, mini-golf, bait shop, 5 & 10, tennis courts, the marina, library, etc. You name it you can walk to it!
The interior is upgraded and lovely but most of all clean. There is a large dining table which seats 10, in the bright eat-in kitchen with new cabinets and countertops that leads to the sunny, open family room. New flooring and new bathrooms were also put in Summer of 2022.
There is a large washer and dryer on the ground level for all your wet beach towels right off of the deck.
There are very large bedrooms – 2 upstairs and 2 down, with full bathrooms on each floor, which each have new tiles, showers, sinks and toilets. There are a total of 5 Queen beds and 2 twins, with room for more if needed.
This house is ideal for family gatherings or friendly getaways. Large enough to entertain everyone yet cozy enough that it feels warm and inviting.
The floors are all hard wood with tile in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher and just in case you want to feed an army, there are place settings for 26 people!

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Surf City, a neighborhood in Beach Haven. Flamingo Miniature Golf Course and Hartland Miniature Golf & Arcade are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Settler's Mill Adventure Golf. Thundering Surf Waterpark and Museum of New Jersey Maritime History are also worth visiting.
