You can enjoy bay and marsh views from almost every room of the house, and from two large decks (lower level and upper level). Watch the sun set over the bay!
This is a spacious and bright home with reverse living floor plan (four bedrooms on lower floor; kitchen, dining, and living areas on upper floor).
The ocean beach is a short two-minute walk. A children's playground is three minutes away. The town of Beach Haven is a short drive or bike ride.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with shower. The other three bedrooms share a bathroom with shower/tub. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. A third shower stall with dressing room is located under the house.
The upper deck has a gas grill and a table large enough for 8 people to dine outside when the weather is nice.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of counter space. A washer and dryer are located in a laundry/utility room off the kitchen.
The living area is a 'great room' format, with a large seating area around the 50-inch TV. A game table with four seats is on the other side of the room.
A powder room is located between the dining room and the living room.
Located in Holgate, a neighborhood in Beach Haven, this vacation home is near a water park. Surflight Theatre and Museum of New Jersey Maritime History are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Holgate Marina and Beach Haven Tennis Center.
