**Event Information:**
Available for weddings and events in May and early June, as well as September and October of 2026, at a rate of $12,500 for a 3-night rental, plus a $1,500 cleaning, trash, and recycling removal fee. Liability insurance is required for all events. Guest capacity is limited to 75.
