Step inside to discover a fully renovated space with a spacious open kitchen, adorned with elegant white cabinetry, sleek black granite countertops, and all-new stainless steel appliances, including a Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker, a KitchenAid gas range, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The first floor seamlessly integrates the kitchen with a cozy dining and living area—ideal for unwinding after a fun-filled day by the ocean.

Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a SAMSUNG 50" flat-screen TV featuring Xfinity and complimentary Netflix movies for your enjoyment. You’ll also find a convenient laundry room equipped with an LG washer and dryer, alongside a half bath with a toilet and sink.

Venture to the second floor where you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed and a 40" flat-screen Smart TV. The full bathroom on this level showcases a stylish marble subway-tiled shower, single sink vanity, and toilet.

Ascend to the third floor, where a spacious loft-style bedroom awaits, furnished with a king bed and two twin beds, along with another large flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

THIS LEASE SHALL BE TERMINATED ONLY AFTER ANOTHER TENANT IS SECURED***OR PERMISSION BY THE LANDLORD IS OTHERWISE GRANTED TO TENANT IN WRITING. IF THE PROPERTY IS RE-RENTED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT, AND ALL MONIES DUE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY LANDLORD, THEN A REFUND WILL BE MADE , LESS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $200.00 IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT RE-RENTED, ALL PAYMENTS TO DATE ARE FORFEITED AND THE TENANT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY BALANCE DUE UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT.
