Our charming lake house is situated on beautiful White Sand Lake and is perfect for either one or two families to share. We are located in a neighborhood setting in the heart of town. The tree-covered property has 100 feet of shoreline, a dock and a boat lift. This is one of few lakes located in within the city limits of Baxter and has GREAT FISHING. This means you are only minutes away from restaurants and shopping while enjoying the quiet of a private lake. If you are looking to avoid the crowds and enjoy a family get-away that is quiet, fun, and private-- this is it! As our neighbors are close by, you may want to look elsewhere if you are hoping to have a large-get-together as parties are strictly not allowed. However there is a pavilion with BBQ pits and picnic tables on a HUGE sandy beach at Whipple lake just up the street for even more recreational fun!
Located in Baxter, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Mississippi River and Gull Lake. Northland Arboretum and WonderTrek Children's Museum are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, and don't miss out on the ice skating and snowmobiling.
