A few things to know:
Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed at this rental.

All linens are included with your stay (Linens include sheets and pillowcases for all beds, towels, hand towels and wash cloths, along with kitchen towels).

Guests will not have access to the garage

Check in time is 4:00 pm
Check out time is: 10:00 am

Guests will be given a key to enter the property!

* Bass Lake is currently owned by Pacific Gas and Electric and is a power generating lake - water levels are regulated by PG&E and are beyond our control. Much of this is dependent upon rain and snowfall over winter.
