This high-end condominium complex is called Eagle Ridge, because it boasts the best views in all of the Mt. Washington Valley. Between the incredible vista from halfway up Bartlett Mountain across the Valley towards Moat Mountain and the stunning interior renovations, this unit has it all. More likely, the natural breezes so common to the area will whisk away any semblance of summer heat, thus all windows open outward to allow full enjoyment of that fresh mountain air. Lastly, the deck is wide and offers stunning sunset views over a grass field and across the valley – along with an electric grill for those memorable summer cookouts – and lounge chairs to soak it all in.
In your backyard are beautiful hiking trails up Bartlett and Kearsage Mountains. Short walks away are the private swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball courts of the Eagle Ridge Complex. On the occasional forays beyond Eagle Ridge, you are 5-7 minutes in one direction to downtown North Conway – and 5-7 minutes in the other direction to Story Land for the children - or floating down the Saco River for everyone. From outlet shopping to mountain hiking, from zip-lining to leaf-peeping, the Mount Washington Valley offers plenty to keep all ages entertained. And your private perch in Eagle Ridge is the perfect nest from which to enjoy it all.
