The camera is not monitored daily nor is it monitored for guest safety or the safety of belongings. We are a licensed in the State of NH for short-term rental.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash with bears in the area: must be bagged (double if food) in the barrels in the shed- make sure shed is securely closed. recycling separated and clean plenty of bags under sink in kitchen.
Bring towels, sheets to utility room, leave on floor next to washer. make sure lights are off, especially the outdoor lights. & doors are locked. turn off ac if using, close windows. safe trip home!
