Our beautiful Bartlett rocky river escape awaits your visit! Drink your cup of coffee or grill your dinner on the deck with the sounds of Rocky River in the background. Located super close to Storyland, Attitash and North Conway, our home is a great landing spot for all outdoor activities and adventures. We’ve got plenty of space for the whole family to come and make memories!!

Our home is right in Rocky River’s backyard! Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can access Attitash, Storyland and other attractions within minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- No renters making the reservation under 25
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the condo)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Located in Glen, this condo is on the waterfront. Attitash Mountain Resort and Cranmore Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore White Mountain National Forest and Saco River. Story Land and Conway Scenic Railway are not to be missed.
