This is a Townhouse unit, a one bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft. The mid-level end unit is located in the lower section of our property close to the catch and release pond and tennis courts. The unit sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, there are 4 twin beds in main area of the loft, and a full bed in a semi-private are of the loft. The unit has two mini-split air conditioning units, one in the loft and one in the master bedroom. A private balcony with forest views is only accessible from the master bedroom. There are 3 TVs in the condo, master bedroom, living room and loft, all set up to stream through the Wi-Fi. As with all of our Townhouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 private bathrooms. The owners also provide a pack-n-play and booster chair for renters use. This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fees.

Located in Bartlett, this condo is in a rural area and near theme parks. Attitash Mountain Resort and Cranmore Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Story Land and Conway Scenic Railway. Traveling with kids? Consider Nor'Easter Mountain Coaster and Hartmann Model R. R. and Toy Museum. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
