This spacious and recently upgraded Townhouse condominium features one bedroom, and upstairs sleeping loft, with air conditioning, making it an excellent choice for families and larger groups. Conveniently located on the mid-level of the building, the condo is just a short walk from the Clubhouse and resort amenities.

The unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeping loft furnished with two queen beds, a twin bed, and a twin trundle bed. For added comfort during the warmer months, the condo is equipped with two mini-split air conditioning units—one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area.

As with all of our Townhouse units, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living area, two private bathrooms, and all linens provided for your stay. For guests' convenience, the owners have also supplied a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, and blender.

Designed with families in mind, this kid-friendly condo includes several amenities to make traveling with children easier, including a highchair, Pack 'n Play, and bed safety rails. Additional features and amenities specific to this unit can be found under the Amenities tab.

This is a dog-friendly condominium and is available to guests traveling with their canine companions, subject to applicable pet fees and policies. Please refer to the Pet Policy section of our website for complete details.
