This is a Townhouse unit, a one bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning. The end unit is located on the mid-level of building 22 and is only a short walk to the Clubhouse. The condo will sleep up to 10 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, in the upstairs sleeping loft there are 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the back area, a queen bed and a queen sleep sofa in the front area. There is an electric fireplace entertainment center in the living room and a private balcony off the master bedroom with forest views. There are 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the sleeping loft. As with all of our Townhouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 private bathrooms. This is a Pet & Allergy Free condo.

Located in Bartlett, this condo is in a rural area and near theme parks. Attitash Mountain Resort and Cranmore Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Story Land and Conway Scenic Railway.
