This is a Townhouse unit, a one bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located on the mid-level of the building and short walk to the Clubhouse Amenities Building. The unit sleeps up to 9 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds, a twin bed and a set of bunk beds in the loft. The unit has 3 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom, one in the living room and one in the loft area. There is a private deck off the master bedroom that looks out to the forest. As with all of our Townhouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms and all the linens. This is not a Pet or Allergy Free condo.

Located in Bartlett, this condo is in a rural area and near theme parks. Attitash Mountain Resort and Cranmore Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore White Mountain National Forest and Saco River.
