This privately owned luxurious villa in Palm Grove is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom single storey villa and is fully equipped. The property has an open plan layout designed over one-level through from entrance to the living and dining areas and onto the covered terrace with patio and swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms open onto the covered terrace and pool area and the well appointed kitchen is close to the indoor dining area. Bedroom three has patio doors out to a private terrace at the front of the house. There is a separate guest powder room. The villa sits on the golf course offering fantastic views across the 11th Fairway and to the Caribbean sea beyond. The elevated position provides a continuous breeze across the terrace with an amazing sense of calm. The entire community has twenty-four hour security patrols and the villa features private parking at the front of the property.

The Villa comes with it's own golf buggy which is available for guest use around the estate. Ideal for nipping down to the Rum Shak or just taking in the magnificent views around the golf course.
