Spanning 5,000 square feet and set upon over 31,000 square feet of lush land including a landscaped coral stone quarry, this newly renovated property promises a true island experience. In the main villa there are three spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are self-contained units with kitchenettes, private sundecks, and separate entrances, ensuring utmost comfort and convenience for every guest making this ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends. Complimentary housekeeping three times a week makes your stay even more relaxing.

Good to know: Northlight is designed to be a very open home - so while the bedrooms have air-conditioned, the living areas do not.
Paynes Bay is home to this vacation home. Kensington Oval is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Sandy Lane Beach and Miami Beach. Diamonds International and Folkestone Marine Park are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
