The cottage was built in 2014 with a gourmet kitchen, Viking appliances, and granite throughout. Hardwood floors on both the first and second floors, double sliding doors on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms have queen-sized beds with dressers and an ocean view. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and one single bed, and the den has a queen bed. The laundry is on the first floor with a brand new XL capacity washer/dryer. There is a full-size bath on both the first and second floors—a large dining room table and an oversized bar in the kitchen with bar stools. The living room has a small flat screen tv with cable and couches. The porch has ample seating and is equipped with a grill and table. The porch is 10 feet wide and wraps around the house with a descending stairway towards the private beach. The beach access is located on the left side of the property, less than 100 yards away. Come stay with us and visit Acadia National Park.

Located in Bar Harbor, this cottage is by the ocean. Bar Harbor Whale Watch Co is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Acadia National Park's Visitors Center and Acadia National Park. Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf and George B. Dorr Museum of Natural History are also worth visiting. Sailing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
