Cozy, clean, updated home located in-town Bar Harbor, a 5 minute walk from the village green.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood with a large enclosed yard, this home is a great spot for a family vacation.
Three bedrooms, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and wrap around deck with table and chairs- all on one level, also with a basement-level laundry with washer/dryer.
There is a propane grill and picnic table in the fully fenced yard.
Bedrooms: master bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, all have have AC units.
Kitchen: all updated appliances - dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove/oven, blender, mixer, center bar with 2 stools.
Dining room: Seating for 6 around dining table.
Living room: large couch and love seat and chair, table and bench for computer/work area, satellite TV with DVD, high speed wireless Internet.
Note: Due to insurance regulations the fireplace is non-functional.
Located in Bar Harbor, this cottage is by the sea. Bar Harbor Whale Watch Co is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Acadia National Park and Acadia National Park's Visitors Center. George B. Dorr Museum of Natural History and College of the Atlantic Natural History Museum are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking and motor boating nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with mountain climbing and hiking/biking trails.
