This beautiful, spacious, and modern lake and trail-side cabin perfect for a getaway with your favorite group of people & 1 house-trained pup. Enjoy the trail in either direction, including the path to Lake Coffey.
1 king room with en suite, and one Queen bed room on the main level.
1 king suite on the top level with jacuzzi soaker tub & designated work station/desk.
The comfortable game room on the lowest floor is another lovely sanctuary complete with a pool table, 2 twin beds and a double sofa bed, tv and en suite. Perfect for the young adults to have their own space.
Enjoy vaulted ceilings and wood paneling throughout. You'll enjoy cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen, with support from the extra-large grill out on the back deck.
If you're visiting in the summer, central air conditioning will keep everyone cool after a day of hiking or mountain biking one of the many trails, or just exploring the scenic lifts.
Rental grants access to summer access* to the exclusive Beech Mountain Club (Golf/pickle ball/tennis/swimming pool/24 hr gym and access to country club restaurant).

At the end of your day, head out to the firepit and enjoy watching the stars.
Important to note: although this is a child-friendly home, there is a lake that backs up to the yard. All children and pets need to be supervised at all times when outside.
Charter Hills, a neighborhood in Banner Elk, is home to this vacation home. Beech Mountain Resort and Sugar Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Grandfather Mountain. Land of Oz and Magic Mountain Mini Golf and Arcade are also worth visiting.
