Bluestone Hollow is a simple-hearted cabin tucked away in the hills of Valle Crucis in the serene community of Bluestone Wild. Greeted by the beautiful wrap around porch the front door opens to the main level of the home. On the main level of the home, you will find the living space featuring a wood burning fireplace to keep the feel of tradition alive. You will also find the kitchen, master bedroom and bath. The second bedroom and bath as well as the loft is located on the upper level of the home. This includes plenty of space for sleeping with the option of a queen and a sleep sofa. The lower level of the home includes even more sleeping space with the option of a queen bed and a set of twin bunks! There is also a brand-new billiard table and a ping-pong table for guests to enjoy!

Step outside and find yourself captivated by the peaceful wooded setting adorned with wildlife, a meandering creek down below, and a beautiful view off in the distance! This home features an outdoor firepit with plenty of seating to accommodate all your S'more desires!

Bluestone Hollow is 10-15 minutes to Boone and 2.6 miles from the Mast General Store. Enjoy a game of pool, relax, and let go. This home offers plenty of privacy creating the perfect serene vacation.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
-This home is not pet friendly. We appreciate you not bringing pets into this home.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter months. Gravel, steep and narrow roads should be expected. The home may be difficult to access during times of moderate to heavy snow or ice accumulation. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Parking space for up to 4 vehicles
- Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 10AM
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Returning renters at Bluestone Hollow can receive a 5% discount. Not to be stacked with any other offers.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- The homeowner uses a driveway-facing camera that is mounted in a tree to monitor the entrance for strangers and to monitor service contractors. Other cameras are also located outside the home but are covered for guest privacy.
