For additional entertainment and comfort, the spacious lower level boasts a family room with a 43" flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a small dining/game table, and a sleeper sofa. A lower-level bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a third full bathroom.

Getting Around:

During the winter, sometimes the snow falls so quickly that the roads cannot be cleared quickly enough. During those times, the Town of Beech Mountain requires snow tires, snow chains, or 4WD/AWD. Local vendors like High South Auto will deliver and install chains. Another option is to get chains at a Walmart along the way, which would be much more cost-effective.

No smoking, no pets, no parties.
Must be 21 or older to rent.
We do our best to ensure all amenities are in working order; however, unexpected maintenance issues may occasionally arise.
Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).
