• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• -do not leave any items near the furnace or wall heaters. -set the thermostats back to 50 degrees, and the fire place is off -make sure the bbq grill is cleaned. (grill grates brushed) and is covered
• -make sure the fire pit is covered and the pick placed on the sill. -take excess full garbage bags to the bear safe bin at the bottom of the drive way, and raise the red flag for pickup.
• 6) load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes 7) take all used linen off, and leave in a pile on the bed. towels please take to laundry and leave on top of washer.
