Sugar Top is perfect for families and couples looking for a peaceful get-away. This condo unit is a spacious 1,100 sq ft that includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, a dining room, a bar area, a living room, and an outside balcony. This condo unit is full of charm and in very clean condition throughout. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large dresser, 42" television, closet, and a full private bath. The second bedroom features a full size, and a twin size bed with a closet, a large dresser, and there is a hallway bathroom next door. Each bedroom includes all linens and blankets. The spacious living room includes an electric fireplace, a 60" LED flat screen television and two comfortable couches to relax on. The dining room has a large table that sits 6 comfortably with a television so you can watch your favorite shows. The kitchen area is fully equipped with brand new stove, dishwasher, and microwave including a small bar with its own sink. The private balcony has a fantastic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
At a elevation of 5,140 ft, Sugar Top is a gated community with 24 hour security, handicap accessibility, elevators, and a courteous 24-hour front desk staff. Inside the lobby there is a beautifully furnished lounge area where you can enjoy the peaceful scenery of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. Sugar Top has a large indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and exercise room for all of its residents and guests. Other amenities include a steam room, vending machines, and free wireless internet.
