River access involves steps that can be steep, and for guest safety, a signed release of liability is required. Covered parking is available on-site, and motorcycles are welcome.

The fenced backyard is ideal for families and pets, featuring a fire pit with seating for evening gatherings and snack roasting. A large picnic table and charcoal grill/smoker make outdoor meals easy, while the screened and shaded back porch offers rocking chairs and decorative string lights for relaxed mornings and evenings.
