This property is privately owned, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss or theft of personal property of any kind. The registered guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or any member of their party and guests visiting. ⚠No smoking or vaping in building or on property. ⚠No drugs or illicit behaviour. ⚠No excessive noise after quiet hours. QUIET TIME FROM 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM IS STRICTLY ENFORCED, VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED. ⚠No persons staying in the Villa that are not on the reservation. ⚠$500 fee for violation of the house rules. ⚠1 Pet is allowed at an additional cost of $200 per stay (per unit). ⚠2 parking spots per Villa.
