Let this spacious and comfortable oceanfront property be your home base from which you can launch into numerous explorations and guided excursions, living fully into all the Berry Islands have to offer. We will help you experience the island and surroundings as if you were a local, from what beaches to go to, to where to buy fresh baked Bahama bread the moment it comes out of the oven.

When you arrive our house concierge will greet you and help shuttle you and your luggage from the airport or marina to the house. The home which comfortably sleeps 14 is located at the northern end of the Island, approximately 2 miles from the airport. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 full and 1 half bathrooms, and a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, all spaciously laid out on two floors with a large open-concept living room/dining combination. The living rooms and game room have sliding glass doors that open to the patios and ocean views.

There are multiple sitting areas for large or small groups including a bar for mixing up the beverages of your choice. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker, 2 full-size refrigerators (plenty of freezer space), and a commercial ice maker. The home, which has central air conditioning, comes fully equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, a washer, and a dryer. For entertainment, there is Starlink wifi, a sound system (indoor/outdoor speakers) you can connect to play your favorite tunes, and a smart TV. The house has its own private pickleball court, a portable ping-pong table, stand-up paddle boards, and bikes.

The exterior living space, which overlooks the beach and ocean, is multi-leveled and has ample room with a built-in, pool-style hot tub that seats 8+, many comfy couches, and plenty of lounge chairs. At the water's edge is a gazebo that has a fantastic fire pit perfect for enjoying the island breezes and a nightcap at the end of the day. There is also an outdoor shower and a gas grill ideal for cooking up that days catch!

In addition to the complimentary concierge service to and from the airport, the rental comes with daily cleaning service which includes, bed making, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, trash removal, and area sweeping.

While you are here there are many different excursions that can be pre-planned and sprinkled throughout your stay. Some possibilities include heading out for a day of deep drop fishing or hitting the white sand flats for some of the best permit and bonefishing in the Bahamas, testing your skills on the fly. You could take a day to go lobstering and spearfishing that would be topped off with a lobster/fish grill fest prepared and cooked from the days catch by your captain, or you may want to enjoy a local Island boat tour in our 29-foot Hydra Sport that includes stops for snorkeling, for swimming at local swimming holes(and cliff jumping for the brave), as well as visiting an island bar for the world's best conch fritters and rum drinks. There is a 9-hole golf course that is still maintained from the original championship 18-hole course designed in the 60’s by Joe Lee.
And of course, you can always elect to stay put with your favorite book on the veranda overlooking the ocean. There are many options all of which can be decided on once you have selected your booking dates. Some of the excursions are at an additional cost.
