This 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home is perfect to accommodate an intimate family vacation as well as a larger space for friends to get together. The tropical feel from the ocean and reflects on the décor in the home. The well-equipped kitchen and new appliances are perfect for those gourmet chefs. On the entrance level you will find a comfortable open concept between kitchen, living room and dining space which creates a flow out to the attached balcony and patio. The second master bedroom is located on the lower level. King size bed, office desk and ensuite bathroom awaits you. In connection to this bedroom, you will find a built-in bunkbed accommodating the youngest or more space for that larger group. As a bonus, the game room also offers a sofa.

Unlimited Wi-Fi and boosters are throughout the home. You will find desk area where you can comfortably set up a laptop if needing to catch up on your workload from paradise. All bedrooms have smart tv’s (Firesticks) as well as 2 comfortable living rooms (game room). .

The Perky Pelican is in Marsh Harbor, Central Abaco only about 10 minute drive from the international airport on the mainland. No ferry is needed to bring you to this piece of paradise.
