Step out of this beautiful waterfront home directly on to your private 40’ floating dock that can accommodate 60-70 ft vessels with fresh water and 50 amp hook-up (fees may apply for boats over 40’). Other features that sets this house apart from its neighbors is the backup 22kw Generac generator and an 800 gallon fresh water system.
The wrap around deck is perfect for outdoor living. Barbecue or just relax after a hard day fishing or at the beach. Families will have ample living space to enjoy.
Your rental also grants access to shared amenities within Resorts World, including pools, jacuzzi, and bars. You will be within walking distance from the Casino, Hilton Hotel, restaurants, Mega Yacht Marina, and stunning infinity pool/bar overlooking the ocean and marina.
