The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are particularly bright, offering views of the sea, the beach, the pool and its private garden.
It's furnished with top-quality items, featuring the best furniture available on the market. The unit was was completed in 2024.
The ground floor is an open space with a dining table and 6 chairs, a kitchen equipped with the latest appliances including induction cook top, wine cooler, sink waste disposal, purified water tap, microwave and traditional oven.
You can access the back yard garden crossing a spacious terrace equipped with a BBQ and garden furniture.
The first floor houses the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large wardrobe and a king-size bed. It also features a big balcony. Two queen bedrooms sharing a bathroom and featuring large wardrobes are opposite the master bedroom.
In the hall way between queen and king bedrooms, there is a closet with the washer and dryer.
On the second floor there is a bedroom featuring a queen bed, a bathroom and a large wardrobe.
The Palm Cay community is a gated and exclusive community with fabulous coral white sandy beaches, an elegant marina offering cruise possibilities, tennis courts, a pool, a children's playground and an excellent restaurant called Pink Octopus. On the docks of the marina there is a Starbucks.
