Welcome to Savannah Sunset, an oceanfront estate with pool on Little Bay. Enter into our great room, which is bursting with spectacular views of the Caribbean from every pane of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The extra-large great room includes an open kitchen, dining, and living area, all generously proportioned and filled with every amenity you could possibly need. Prepare your catch of the day in our state of the art kitchen, equipped with five-burner gas range, two wall ovens, French-door refrigerator, 5-gallon water cooler, blender and loads of prep and storage space.

Savannah Sunset's floor plan is perfect for large family gatherings. Enjoy many meals with the family at the large dining are with ocean view (the dining room table seats 8, with additional seating in the adjacent screen room if needed). Beside the dining area is the living area, with sofa and chair seating for six. Spend hours relaxing, reading, and enjoying the spectacular views from this lovely space with its wall of windows facing west.

The room we love best is our large, screened-in porch, just off the great room dining area, which projects out toward the sea and has spectacular ocean views on all three sides. It is furnished with wicker sofa and chairs, and a dining room table that seats four. Enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset over the Caribbean from this wonderful space.

The main level of the house also has two large bedrooms, both with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, and flat-screen Fire TVs.

There is also a separate powder room on this level, just off the great room. Beside it is a foyer where we keep beach towels and water toys. The foyer opens out to the board walk which takes you down our oceanfront recreation area (more on that later).

From the main level, take the spacious nautically themed stairwell down to the lower level. This level features an extra-large family room equipped with comfortable sofas, big TV, and a vast collection of games, books, and other entertainment.

Beside the family room is an over-sized bedroom that sleeps up to 6. This bright and cheerful room is equipped with a queen bed, two twin beds, and two trundle beds. It has a full bathroom.

The lower level is also equipped with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The best feature of Savannah Sunset is the oceanfront recreation area on the Caribbean. Here we have a covered oceanfront gazebo four seaside lounging and entertaining. There is also a waterfront platform. This protected area is great for swimming year-round, and offers excellent snorkeling and other water sports right in your back yard. There is also a new boat ramp, kayaks, and a brand new pool with a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea.

Ready to hit the beach? Little Bay Beach, our little nearby beach, is 150 yards down the shore from Savannah Sunset House, or 3/10's of a mile by dirt road. Walk there through the water at low tide, or ride on there on one of our bicycles. Ten Bay Beach, a mile-long Caribbean-side beach, is 3 or 4 minutes away by car.

Amenities at Savannah Sunset include AC throughout, Starlink, Fire TV, gas grill, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, crib, booster seat, playpen, generator and more.

Savannah Sunset is located just 20 minutes from Governors Harbour, the main town on Eleuthera has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. You won't want to miss it. The town of Palmetto Point, just 10 minutes from the house, has several smaller stores and a good restaurant.

Five minutes away by car is Savannah Sound and there's also a great grocery store, Midway Cost Cutters.

Located in Savannah Sound, this vacation home is on the beach. Queens Bath is a local attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve and Ten Bay Beach. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and kayaking nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with ecotours and cave exploring.
