Chatterbox is located in the heart of Dunmore Town. Built in the late 1800's by the island's first contractor, it was fully renovated in 2012, making it a historic house with modern amenities. It is a three bedroom (two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom with two double beds), two bath home with wood floors, comfortable furniture, a cook's kitchen and lots of charm. A second floor patio and widow's walk offer stunning sunset views. A covered terrace on the first floor for entertaining or just relaxing as well as a porch swing on the front patio to enjoy the island breeze.
Literally steps away from the grocery store, bakery and deli, nothing is out of reach. The pink sand beach is a short walk away and golf carts are available for hire for exploring the island. Bone fishing, deep sea fishing, SCUBA diving and snorkeling are all easily accessible services!
Guests can enjoy the home’s many amenities including luxury bedding and linens, Wi-fi, cable tv, and safe. The home is equipped with a generator. There is a state of the art home theater system with professional sound bar. There is also a home office space that features multifunctional wireless printer, scanner and copier and all essential office supplies.
Daily light housekeeping is provided upon request except on Sundays and holidays. For the convenience of guests, golf cart parking is located securely on property.
Located in Dunmore Town, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Fisherman's Dock and Government Dock are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pink Sand Beach and Lone Tree. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
