Coralli features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a chic office/lounge, and expansive living and dining areas. With a seamless indoor-outdoor flow and no stairs to navigate, Coralli offers an effortless and luxurious experience. Relax on our 100-foot veranda overlooking the beach, which is furnished for lounging and dining. Or take a dip in our refreshing 50-foot beachfront lap pool.

Powered by solar energy and supported by rainwater cisterns, Coralli embraces sustainable living with Nebia shower heads, a hot water on-demand system, and low-flush Toto toilets.

Coralli comes with full access to The Club at Windermere, a premier facility open year-round, which is a 10 minute walk from the house. The Club features five pickle ball courts and a tennis court for friendly matches or competitive play, a heated pool with a sundeck, an indoor gym for your fitness needs, and a gourmet restaurant and bar open from mid-November to the end of May offering tailored dining experiences and refreshing cocktails.

Enter into Coralli's stunning open-plan great room with sweeping views of the beach and ocean. The spacious living and dining areas comfortably seat up to 10. The luxurious state-of-the-art kitchen, which also enjoys the ocean views, is finished in granite and stainless steel. Appliances include a Fisher Paykel refrigerator/freezer, GE Café six-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo, Cuisinart food processor, and much more.

Beyond the great room, the master bedroom suite occupies the private south wing of the house. The master is furnished with a king bed and looks out at the ocean through a wall of glass. The master has its own private sitting room with a sofa and a dedicated work space furnished with a desk, for those who wish to keep up with work while on vacation. The luxurious en-suite master bath features double sinks and a walk-in shower.

On the other side of the great room, the north wing of the house contains two guests bedrooms, both with window walls overlooking the beach and ocean. Guest bedroom one is furnished with two queen beds and has an en-suite full bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom two is furnished with a queen bed and has a full bath across the hall with a walk-in shower.

For your comfort and convenience, Coralli is equipped with every modern amenity including independent on-demand air conditioning in every room, full-house back-up generator, Kara fresh water drinking system, 2 paddle boards, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, Starlink super-fast internet and WIFI, Samsung smart TV, ceiling fans throughout, black out curtains/blinds in every bedroom, Dyson vacuum, iron and board, hair dryer in each bathroom, board games, and a fresh herb garden. Housekeeping is provided once per week (for stays of 7 nights or longer) and laundry service every other day. Additional housekeeping services are available.

Rest easy with round-the-clock security at the entrance to Windermere Island. Beyond the gate, the island of Eleuthera has so much to offer. The village of Savannah Sound is just a few minutes away by car, home of the acclaimed Fishbone Beach Bar and Grill, which is located right on the sound. Savannah Sound also has an excellent grocery store called Midway Cost Cutters. The towns of Palmetto Point and Tarpum Bay are ten minutes away. Both have several stores and restaurants. Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, 25 minutes away, has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street.

Located in Savannah Sound, this vacation home is on the beach. Queens Bath is a local attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve and Windermere Island Beach.
