2 Br Bed & Breakfast Vacation Rental In Nassau, New Providence

LOCALS:  Locals must communicate with the host prior to booking.  
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or after.  If early check-in is required, please confirm with host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. Early CHECK-IN $25 Fee.
CHECK-OUT:  Check out time is 11am.  Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Check-out is defined as all guests and personal property being completely off of the property with keys in the required location.  Guest agrees to pay a $75 fine if not checked out by the specified check out time and could sit in living room area.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS:  Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $100 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.
AGE:  You must be 21 years of age or older at time of booking in order to reserve this Property.  Guest confirms that he/she is older than 21.
SHOES:  Guests shall remove shoes when inside home.
SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $1,000.00/ per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out.  This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.   
 
REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest agrees to keep the Property in same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy.  
DAMAGE:  Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and Property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture.  Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or visitors that exceeds the deposit amount.
ENTERING PREMISES: Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours’ notice, for normal maintenance.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any  unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.
LIABILITY: Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host harmless and indemnify Host from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees.
LOSS OF USE:  Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.
FOOD:  We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. No eating of food in either bedroom.
COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property.  No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:  Guest will follow all Home Owners Association rules.  A list of pertinent rules has been provided in the Property for Guest review.

MOVING FURNITURE: Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged.  Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood.

Liability Waiver and House Rules
Guest are require to read through thoroughly and agree to sign a Liability Waiver and House Rules upon reservation and upon arrival. MASK is require and must be worn in the presence of others also temperature checks when entering premises.
(YOU) Guest understand that off premises activities are at your own risk and that you accept full responsibility for ant injury (ies) whether intoxicated or not intoxicated or using any drugs or medication or while pregnant or death (s) and hold Owner harmless. Owner will NOT be hold Liable for or against any and all claim(s), damage(s), accident(s), death(S) or cause of action including personal property(ies) of Guest of the premises by any person(s) whatsoever or whomsoever. The Owner should not be hold Liable whether resulting from acts of any such negligence(s) while On or Off premises.
(YOU) Guest agree(s) to be fully and solely responsible for any example(s) - accident(s) slip(s) fall(s) or other you may incur.
(YOU) Guest understand the risk(s) discussed above and agree that (YOU) Guest will assume all responsibility(ies) for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party(s) to waive any and all claim(s) whatsoever against Owner for any and all injury(ies), accident(s), or death(s).
All Guest staying at our resident (Coral Wave) acknowledge(s) and agree(s) that they have read and understand this wavier and they acknowledge(s) that confirming below constitutes a Binding and Enforceable CONTRACT betweeen Guest(s) and Host.
Guest(s) acknowledge that NOT compliant to Liability Waiver and House Rules Regulation(s) are cause(s) for immediate dismissal off and from premises with NO refund.

• Smoking is prohibited on the Inside of the premises ( Smoking is only allowed on the out side of the premises of the upstairs Coral Wave bedroom balcony as Guest will be provided with an astray for cigarette bud(s)
• Mask are required to be worn when in the presence of others on Coral Wave premises in the presence of others. A temperature check will be done when entering premises.
•Quiet time from 10:00pm - 8:00am.

Guest(s) will be in the vicinity off and have access to, gas station service, fast food eatery such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Liquor Store, Pharmacy, Book Store, Restaurant and Bar and the most famous Arawak Cay known as the Fish Fry. ( These are in walking distance of (2 - 15) minutes away. There is a (20) minutes drive to the Mega Resort Bahama, (25) minutes drive to Sandal's Resort, Star Bucks Coffee Shop and Super Market. A (35) minutes drive to Paradise Island Atlantis Resort and Water Theme Park, and Blue Lagoon (swimming with the Dolphins) and Down Town a variety of stores such as The Straw Market, Jewelry Stores and Restaurants.
