This luxury villa is located directly on the most sought-after beach on the island, a mile-long stretch of pink sand that has been ranked in the top 20 beaches of the world. French Leave Beach has only half a dozen houses on it and is usually deserted.
NOTE: There is now a house under construction next door. Expected completion early 2027.
The "Dogtrot" villa features spectacular sea views from every room. The great room looks out at the ocean through a wall of windows. The sea view kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and African mahogany counter tops.
The Dogtrot has two master suites, each furnished with a king bed and equipped with a full en-suite bath appointed in African mahogany. Both bedrooms have ocean views. The bathrooms feature full showers and Rohl fixtures throughout. There is a rollaway bed available for a 5th guest if needed.
Beyond the private doors made of African mahogany is the outdoor living space offering 180% views of French Leave Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
Amenities include vaulted tray ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, Super-fast Starlink WIFI internet, flat screen satellite TV, washer/dryer, and a backup generator, gas grill, beach chairs, cooler & umbrella. Watch your favorite live sports, shows, and movies in high definition on owner-provided Hulu+, your own TV streaming app, or stream from your home service on a new 48” smart LG OLED TV!
The settlement of Governor's Harbour is half a mile away, where you'll find restaurants, grocery & liquor stores, the Haynes Public Library (1897), antique churches, gift shops, coffee & sandwich shops and the Levy Health Clinic.

Located in Governor's Harbour, this villa is on the beach. Queens Bath is a local attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve and Central Eleuthera Beach. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cave exploring and ecotours nearby.
